We undertook the initial design work for this private client, to create them a new kitchen dining area to the rear or their listed cottage.  The site was constrained by access and a flying freehold.  We looked to create a sypathetic extension to the cottage, ensuring that natural daylight levels were maximised.  We obtained planning approval for the proposal in August 2015.
