Dartington

The project involved extending the existing property into the driveway to create a new, more visible entrance leading to a spacious, light-filled hallway with ample storage. A retaining wall was required due to level changes at the boundary. A new cloakroom and utility room were formed, with options for direct access from the main house or entrance hall. The kitchen was enlarged to incorporate the former detached garage, creating an open-plan family space with flexible kitchen, dining, and living zones. Large doors and glazing enhanced garden views and natural light, while external works included redesigned seating areas, level transitions, and a decorative water feature.
