The project involved reconfiguring and extending a family home in a Conservation Area to create flexible, light-filled living spaces. The two front rooms were combined to form a formal living room, while the central room became a children’s playroom linked to family areas. At the rear, a new open-plan kitchen, dining and family space was introduced with glazed garden access, roof lanterns, and subtle level changes. Utility and boot room functions were accommodated near the cloakroom, and stair storage was maximised. Upstairs, the layout was refined to add a master suite, improved family bathroom, and additional bedrooms, with attic enhancements explored.
