The project involved the conversion of an existing building and adjacent garage to create a contemporary and flexible office space suitable for approximately 12 people. The business was relocated into Hampshire House, which was designed to provide a stimulating working environment. Key considerations for the conversion centred on introducing natural light to the rear of the building and forming an external courtyard to enhance openness. The existing garage was developed as a focal point, transformed into a gallery space with a mezzanine level for exhibiting artists’ work. The proposals ensured flexibility, allowing internal spaces to adapt for future growth.
